Laboratory Pad-Steam range

This range is suitable for the dyestuff which needs to be fixed by saturated steam process and for recipe making in continuous processing way. It takes less than 4 second for the dyed sample fabric to enter into the steam chamber. This feature helps to avoid the risk of oxidation before the reaction is completed.

 Steam chamber：Total length 6 meter, dwelling time 20 ~ 120sec
 Water sea bath at outlet
 Temperature range：Saturated steam 102℃
