Description
Used for open width and remove fluff for knit,woven, cotton, viscose, T/C, nylon and etcdyed fabric.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC communication, stable running smoothly when high and lowtension simultaneous start. Waterproof touch screen, one key to start, easy to operate.
The whole machine configuring 10 item security devices to ensure the safety of operating the machineand stability of fabric quality during processing.
Rope squeezer with function : no fabric stop, joint fabric stop, press fabric stop, pull fabric stop,operation is easy and intelligent.
The whole machine frame is made of stainless steel 304. Electrical equipment is made from GemanSiemens brand and reasonable selection and machine is durable.
Washing tank’s water is recycled used, with overflow design and high pressure spraying, savewater and high efficiency.
