Inventory and Procurement

Inventory and Procurement is a centralized module to manage the storage and purchasing of all non-yarn items in a knitwear factory, including consumables, assets, and services. It provides clear stock visibility, ageing view, and department-wise issue history for tighter control.

Requests and purchases are governed through approvals. Items can only be bought and issued against authorized requests, and receipts, issues, and returns are recorded to maintain accountability.

Vendor, invoice, and payment records are linked to each item, creating a clean audit trail from PO to receipt to bill to payment. This reduces spend leakage, prevents last-minute buying, limits vendor disputes, and improves control over slow-moving inventory.
