We study and develop the cold pad batch process including machinedesign and chemical application ,we successfully overcome the creasemark problem . due to continuous process, it will not have tube variationlike traditional process, more even scouring and bleaching . It simplify thetraditional complicated whiteness can achieve the same level as traditionalhydrogen peroxide process.
· 1.Fabric pass through chemical chamber in open width form chemicalevenly penetrate the fabric.

3.Controlled souring process with soft chemical reaction, it can giveeven and full chemical absorption, greatly avoid fibbed.
·4.Low tension process can achieve better hand feel.
