‧ 1. Combined process of rope opening, slitting, washing and dewatering to simplify the whole operation process for labor saving and high efficiency.
‧ 2. PLC with touch screen control and multi tension control system will ensure stable operation with high speed of the machine.
‧ 3. Updated new automatic detwister can carry out rope opening with good result for different kinds of fabrics.
‧ 4. Automatic detwister works with high-sensitive alignment for smooth operation.
‧ 5. The scouring tank is with high-pressure pump for clean fabric surface. And the automatic filter tank ensures good filtering result without fluffy jam. The
water reuse system can save water for environment protection purpose.
‧ 6. The padder uses special rubber rollers. Its residual rate after padder can reach up to 70%.
