We are the world's first company to develop an intelligent image-based weft straightener and the only product R&D center for this technology in China. Our product technology has won the highest industry award in China: the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award from the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
The system adopts leading image weft straightening technology to thoroughly resolve textile weft distortions that photoelectric weft straighteners fail to detect and correct.
? Equipped with 6-8 high-resolution CCD cameras, eliminating misjudgment on printed and jacquard fabrics for superior accuracy compared to traditional optical sensors.
? Stronger anti-interference, higher stability, and detection precision, suitable for a full range of fabrics including plain, printed, jacquard, yarn-dyed, denim, twill, home textile, thick/heavy fabric and etc.
? Equipped A full series of standard models is available, with customized solutions offered to meet the specific needs
