PK.750 FULL AUTOMATIC FABRIC ROLL PACKAGING MACHINE
It is full automatic roll packaging machine, which is integrated to fabric quality control machines for woven and knitted fabric types and pack the fabric rolls automatically, after packing process the rolls are addressed to the roll carry trolleys(bins).
Sealing operation is is carried out by ‘‘thermal system’’. Heated wire seals and cut the PE film at the same time. The roll is transfered linearly to the edge closure station. The roll’s both edge is closed and sealed by the same Thermic system, the overage PE is cut and threw to the waste box below.
Possibility of packaging fabric rolls in different sizes. Minumum Polyethylene film and energy consumption.
Full Automatic Roll Packaging Machine has Hot Air Blowers on both sides for to shrink the Packed roll for tight and clear shape of packaging.
This machine doesn't require Heating Tunnel, thanks to LEISTER Hot Air Blowers huge amount of electrical energy is saved.
