Tensionless Dryer

TS18 is a highly efficient conveyor net type tumble relax dryer for open width and
tubular fabrics.
Its unique design recovers the fabric width through stretching field on the pin chain, while
overfeeding device to relax fabric and restore length. The process also eliminates the
internal stress of the fabric in order to achieve excellent output fabric width, gram weight
and creation of soft hand feel as well as the low residual shrinkage and dimensional
stability. The design also features highest drying capacity per chamber with parallel drying
above and underneath the fabric, equipped with plc intelligent control system.
