SETEX connects Machines, Processes and Quality in daily production

At BTKG 2026 in Dhaka, SETEX will demonstrate how this can be achieved in real mill environments by linking machine control, production intelligence and fabric-related quality insight more closely in daily operations. The focus is not on adding another isolated system layer, but on improving performance within existing production structures.

A central element is the SETEX controller platform for dyeing and finishing. With the E390 for dyeing machines and the C390 for finishing lines, processes become more stable, reproducible and comparable across different machine types. At the same time, process and energy data are structured and made available beyond the individual machine, creating the basis for consistent evaluation and targeted optimization.

Building on this foundation, OrgaTEX MES provides real-time transparency across dyeing and finishing. Machine data, planning logic and process context are brought together to support daily production decisions. Functions such as Smart Recipes enable reliable transfer from lab to bulk production, while integrated production and energy data help to better understand consumption, lead times and process behavior.

Quality control is addressed directly within production. FabricINSPECTOR Portable supports fast, non-destructive checks on the shop floor, while CamCount enables continuous monitoring of parameters such as fabric density and distortion within running processes. This allows earlier detection of deviations and supports more consistent quality across batches and shifts.

Energy management is approached from a production perspective. Instead of treating energy as a separate reporting layer, SETEX links consumption directly to machines, batches and process phases. This creates transparency on where resources are used and where adjustments lead to measurable savings without compromising process stability.

What defines the SETEX approach is the interaction of all elements: connecting existing equipment, structuring reliable process data and linking it directly to operational decisions.
